ART 356 - Photography III: Experimental Photography
Prerequisite: ART 228, ART 252 or ART 253 or permission of the Instructor. A 35mm camera capable of manual control F/stop and shutter speeds. Course Description: Students explore the work of artists whose images deviate from traditional notions of the nature of the photograph. Aesthetic rationale behind specific techniques of image manipulation is studied. Students use combined media in the execution of a series of assigned photographic projects.
