BIO 370 - Introduction to Recombinant DNA Technology
Course Description: An introduction to the major DNA techniques used in modern molecular biology, their theorectical basis and practical application to research, agriculture, industry, and medicine. Laboratory exercises include exposure to techniques in DNA analysis, molecular cloning, DNA hybridization, gene mapping, polymerase chain reaction, and DNA sequencing.
