BIO 491 - Internship in Biology

Prerequisite: Acceptance in a position, junior standing and permission of Department Chair.

Course Description: A direct experience in the working environment designed to enhance and extend the knowledge gained in the classroom. The student reports to a regular assignment and receives guidance and direction from professionals. The student will work on projects requiring reports and will meet regularly with a department advisor who will provide overall supervision.
