Prerequisite: CSD 253 (formerly SPP 253) and junior standing or permission of Instructor.

Course Description: An introduction to the physics of sound, anatomy and physiology of the hearing mechanism, auditory disorders and principles and techniques of measurement. Review of rehabilitation techniques for the hearing impaired.
