Course Description: Studies the domestic and international forces that determine the level of national income, prices, output, and employment. Emphasizes the impact of fiscal and monetary policies on the level of economic activity and the relationship between the national and international economies. Provides the financial professional with the tools to understand and analyze current economic policy issues. Develops the foundations of price theory and other microeconomic topics.
