Course Description: Learning Community with ART 140A. In ‘Basic Drawing:The Graphic Novel’ each student will create a section of a graphic novel inspired by specific places, characters and events. Through these semester-long projects, students will develop their drawing, design, and storytelling skills as they bring the details of New York’s history to life. Students will visit the New York Historical Society, and both teachers will participate in the final graphic novel critique."
