MAT 234 - Introduction to Probability and Statistical Analysis

Students must fulfill the prerequisite or be placed into the course. Not open to students who have completed MAT 117 or MAT 134.

Course Description: Probability on finite sample spaces, combinatorial methods, discrete random variables, probability distributions, probability generating functions, introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, regression, and correlation.

Course Rotation: Fall, Spring, and Summer.
