Course Description: This course helps prepare students for a career in magazine editing and/or writing. The course will provide students with an understanding of magazine content and teach them to think like an editor. They will be expected to do extensive writing and to workshop with their classmates. At the end of the course, students can expect to have developed real story ideas they can pitch to magazines and websites.
