Course Detail Information

Course Description: The goal of this course is to provide a full understanding of magazine consumer magazine marketing and audience development and its role in the magazine publishing model. The student will gain an understanding of this revenue stream and how it impacts advertising revenue and what influences editorial will have on the ability to successfully market a magazine to consumers. The student will also explore the numerous channels available to the publisher including newsstand distribution, direct media, and, will be introduce to measurement models.
