Undergraduate

Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, History, BA

Studying history trains students to think clearly, to interpret evidence, and to confront complex issues in informed ways. Pace University’s History program gives you the opportunity to study state power, ethnic and religious conflict, sexual oppression, racial hierarchies, wealth and war in the fields of American, European and non-Western—Asian, African, Latin American, and Middle Eastern—history. It will stretch your mind and challenge you, while teaching skills that can be used in a variety of careers including international relations in business and government.

This major is flexible, allowing you to experiment, explore, and take control of your education. It is also excellent preparation for graduate or law school.
