Our Art Department’s professional program in art and design – Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art – prepares students for a variety of careers or advanced study in the field. In this program traditional media such as painting and sculpture are combined with photography, film production, digital media, and design to provide a range of creative and professional paths.

You will receive a broad introduction to the studio arts through a sequence of introductory courses in different media, followed by focused study in one of the following studio concentrations: Digital Art and Graphic Design, Film and Video Production, Interior Design, Painting and Drawing, Photography, and Sculpture and 3D Design. Interdisciplinary options also are available.
