Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, Environmental Science, BS

The B.S. in Environmental Science major is an interdisciplinary program within the context of a liberal arts education. Designed for students interested in a scientific perspective on environmental issues, it provides both basic and applied knowledge and includes a capstone research experience involving either laboratory or field work with a faculty mentor. Students following this course of study are prepared to continue with advanced studies in a graduate program or to work in environmental science positions.
