Course Format

35 Hours: 5 Days, 9 am to 5:00 pm. Instructor-led

Who Should Enroll

Students should have 2+ years experience in the field as project managers or members of project teams and be familiar with the PMP credential requirements.

Course Description

This is an intense 5 day course which prepares you to take the PMP exam through rigorous test preparation and an intensive review of the five process groups of Project Management: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing and the nine knowledge areas of Project Management which include: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Work.

During the 5 day class, students will be exposed to the types of questions to expect on the exam, how best to answer them, and which areas they absolutely must know cold.

Pace University is a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) of the Project Management Institute (P.M.I.)  All students who attend and complete the class will be awarded 35 PDU's which will meet the education requirement to take the PMP exam.
