Kiran Chetry
Kiran Chetry served as the co-anchor of CNN’s American Morning from 2007 through July, 2011. Before working at CNN she worked for the cable news network Fox News Channel as a general reporter and as a rotating anchor for Fox News Live and the early morning news program Fox & Friends First. In late 2005, she became a regular co-host on the network's weekend
morning news program, Fox & Friends Weekend.
Chetry began her career in 1995 at News 21 in Rockville, Maryland. The next year she moved to WICU-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she was the main anchor and health reporter. She met her future husband Chris Knowles there who was the prime time news anchor. Chetry went from WICU-TV to KXTV in Sacramento, California to work as a morning anchor and reporter until joining Fox News Channel.
Willie Geist
Willie Geist is host of MSNBC’s “Way too Early with Willie Geist” (weekdays 5:30a-6:00a) and co-host of the "Morning Joe" (weekdays 6:00-9:00a). He has recently been named the anchor for the 3rd hour of the Today Show, and the replacement on the earlier hours for Matt Lauer when Lauer is on vacation/assignment.
Geist joined MSNBC in 2005 as a
senior producer of "The Situation with Tucker Carlson." Geist spent the last segment of "The Situation" (later called "Tucker") reporting and offering his unique spin on the day’s news. Geist came to MSNBC from the world of sports television. He was a producer and writer for the critically-acclaimed sports debate show "I, Max," hosted by Max Kellerman on Fox Sports Net.
Geist is also the author of the New York Times bestseller American Freak Show and the co-author of Loaded!
