This law requires land use training for members of the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Environmental Review Board in the Town of Goshen. The reason for the requirements is that the Town finds that ongoing continuing education is critical to the proper function of the Boards and is necessary to bring about reasoned action on submitted applications.
