This ordinance is a means of controlling typical problems associated with erosion, and other land disturbances. Uniform permit standards apply to such projects that alter, improve, or disturb any natural drainage crevice, sinkhole, ditch, known subterranean water channel, closed systems, catch basins, dry wells or any other drainage facilities whether natural or constructed.
