This ordinance establishes a Land Acquisition Commission to enact the goals of the Town of Guilford Plan for Open Space and Municipal Land Needs, as adopted into the Plan of Conservation and Development for the town. The commission evaluates land as it becomes available and may work towards acquiring the land for the community.
