Submit a Funding Proposal

Students are encouraged to submit a funding proposal to the Student Technology Fee Committee. All submissions will be evaluated and considered at the next Student Technology Fee Committee Meeting. If you would like to submit a funding proposal please log in above.

Please note, only those submitting proposals may fill out the proposal form; forms may not be filled out by other individuals. Furthermore, in order to have your proposal heard by the committee, proposal applicants must attend the Committee Meeting in order to present and argue their case. After receiving your proposal, a committee member will contact you with meeting dates.

Fee Proposal Eligibility Requirements

Permitted

  • Purchase of technology related equipment/peripherals/furniture/software used in direct support of student instruction/enhanced academic experience.

  • Purchase of technology related equipment/peripherals/furniture/software for pilot programs that are in direct support of student instruction/enhanced academic experience. (e.g., Mobile Device Program)

Not Permitted

  • Employment of full-time/part-time faculty or staff

  • Stipends of any kind

  • Funding of University Learning Management System (add-ons to the LMS are permitted)

  • Funding of library databases

  • Purchase of Administrative hardware/software
