Course Description: This course analyzes the strategies, problems, and procedures used in assessing human potential, abilities, and performance. Students learn to develop and use methods to select personnel and evaluate their performance. Topics include selection and recruitment procedures, job analysis, performance appraisal systems, training and counseling procedures and their assessment and compensation systems.
Course Rotation: NYC: Fall, Spring, and Summer. PLV: Fall and Spring.
