Virginia State Corporation Commission Case No. PUE-2012-00064. Testimony on behalf of Environmental Respondents before the State Corporation Commission of Virginia to support full and fair evaluation of Virginia Electric and Power Company's ("the Company") Solar Purchase Program ("SP Program.") The testimony identifies positive and negative aspects of the SP Program proposal and alternative approaches and modifications to the proposal that could better serve the statutory and regulatory goals for solar energy in Virginia.
