CPUC Self-Generation Incentive Program: Cost-Effectiveness of Distributed Generation Technologies - Final Report

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of distributed generation technologies using an economic model based on the adopted cost-benefit methodology. These results were to provide the framework and a model to help the California Public Utilities Commission in identifying distributive generation technologies eligible for the Self-Generation Incentive Program. Distributive Generation cost-effectiveness is examined from the perspectives of society, participants, and Program Administrators.
