Course Description:Online technologies play an important role in influencing how customers and firms interact with each other. Technology has influenced a wide range of marketing strategies from advertising to relationship with customers. The primary purpose of this course is to help the students learn about the basics of digital marketing including the role of search engines, website design, online advertising, social media marketing, email marketing and online reputation management.
